Gina Hester has been working for the Labor Commissioner’s office for the past 30 years and worked her way up to Regional Manager, overseeing Southern California. Gina was born and raised in a suburb in Philadelphia and is the youngest of 11 children. She enjoys ensuring labor laws are being followed and that both employee and employer are receiving fair treatment from the Division.

Gina will discuss the most common violations seen from the public, and will walk attendees through what will happen once a complaint is received. Many of the most common mistakes will also be addressed.
