Professional Coach

Robin Paggi has years of experience as a human resource practitioner, which allows her to provide clients advice and training based on her real-world experiences. Robin’s area of expertise is in training, and creates and delivers workshops on topics such as harassment prevention, communication, teambuilding and supervisory skills.

Robin is also a professional coach and provides individual coaching to supervisors and employees who need to improve their supervisory and/or communication skills. She writes HR articles for The Bakersfield Californian, Kern Business Journal and Bakersfield Magazine. She also gives HR advice to KGET-TV 17, the Moneywise
Guys radio show and the Bakersfield Chamber of Commerce’s Strictly Business live stream video broadcast. She is a frequent speaker at conferences and community organizations.

Robin holds a master’s degree in Human Resource Development from California State University, Bakersfield, a master’s degree in Communication Studies from California State University, Sacramento, and a bachelor’s degree in Communications from California State University, Bakersfield. She is a Senior Professional in Human Resources with a state-specific certification in California (SPHR-CA), and holds certification through the Society for Human Resource Management as a Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP).

Robin is also a Certified Professional in Learning and Performance (CPLP), Certified Professional Coach (CPC), Master Practitioner of the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator, DiSC Certified Trainer, EQ-i Certified Trainer and Coach, and holds a Graduate Certificate of Completion in Industrial and Organizational Psychology. She is further certified by Eckerd College Center for Conflict Dynamics to use the Conflict Dynamic Profile (CDP) and is a certified Internal Investigation Administrator.
