Tracy Leach is the founder and President/CEO of Providence Strategic Consulting, Inc., a firm specializing in public relations, marketing and advertising for businesses and organizations. Tracy has spent more than two decades in the political consulting and public affairs arena. She has managed numerous city, county, state and federal candidate campaigns as well as representing oil and gas, transportation, healthcare, law enforcement, non-profits, mining and many other industries.

She possesses a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and is a partner in the Worldcom PR Group, a member of both the International and American Association of Political Consultants and the Public Relations Society of America.

Tracy represents both large and small companies, assisting them with marketing and project permitting. Providence has designed and executed public outreach campaigns during complex Environmental Impact Report (EIR) processes required under CEQA. The Providence team creates key messages, designs collateral, develops the stakeholder list, executes outreach, manages media relations and ensures that Providence achieves the client’s objectives throughout each phase of review.

Tracy has spent decades advocating for the energy industry, including the successful effort to defeat an oil tax proposition in California, ensuring the approval of an oil refinery upgrade, the permitting of multiple large solar power projects and serving as director of Kern Citizens for Energy, a coalition of thousands of Kern County citizens who support the energy industry.

Providence, a certified woman-owned business, is very well-connected throughout the San Joaquin Valley, ensuring success for its clients.
