Faith Myers brings over 14 years of diverse HR experience, specializing in employee benefits, executive recruitment, employee relations, and policy and procedure development. She has partnered with some of Kern County’s most distinguished organizations—ranging from large international corporations to small businesses—where she successfully built HR teams and functions from the ground up.

Faith holds an MBA and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, along with her SHRM-CP certification. She is deeply committed to advancing the HR profession, having served as President of Kern County SHRM in 2024, President-Elect in 2023, and currently as Past President. Beyond SHRM, she also contributes her leadership as Secretary on the Board of Directors for the Bristol Hospice Foundation of California.
