The best way to know the character of a person is to watch how a person conducts themselves
when the going gets tough. Our founder, Frank Wooldridge, has demonstrated the best of that
observation throughout his life, personally and professionally during the best and toughest of
times. Raised with love, yet modest beginnings, Mr. Wooldridge always became attracted to what
he thought he could become, instead of focusing on the little he had. Participating in baseball as
a youth proved to show him through consistent practice, that anyone could improve their craft.

As a young adult Mr. Wooldridge re-focused his energy towards a career in law enforcement.
Against the odds of sustaining success in such a commanding career, Mr. Wooldridge marked
over 30 years of dedicated community service while receiving many accolades along the way.

Much was learned by Mr. Wooldridge during those law enforcement career years. Little did he
realize at the time was that his law enforcement career and working with the public in various
capacities, would be the catalyst in preparing him to become a success as the public relations and
investigations representative of a leading California law office. Much of Mr. Wooldridge’s time
at the law office was spent specific to personal injury law and business employee investigations.
Mr. Wooldridge states, “To be a leader, you must Sell the Dream, sell your vision.”

It is with this energy and perspective, Mr. Wooldridge launched Legacy Pi by Frank Wooldridge.
It is his vision to better business by contributing his vast experience to workplace investigations,
so that employers can focus upon their organizational goals and employees can have the
confidence they are a valued contributor to that goal. Legacy Pi by Frank Wooldridge supports
human resources departments by sharing skills for use in personnel investigations as a state
licensed investigator and in conducting pre-employment background investigations.
