Ms. Tanya Hutson, SHRM-CP, Human Resources Specialist, provides policy writing, general consulting, handbook creation and revision, and related research for PAS Associates. Tanya is a graduate of California State University, Bakersfield, with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Biology. In addition to human resources, she has over twenty years of Health, Environment and Safety (HES) experience in the oil and gas industry. In her spare time, Tanya supports Bakersfield High School through various volunteer efforts and board positions. She also serves on the board of the La Cresta Foundation, a nonprofit dedicated to the educational and emotional well-being of infants and young children and their families.
