Tanya Hutson, SHRM-CP, has been in her human resources consultant role with P•A•S
Associates for a decade. She is a graduate of California State University, Bakersfield, with a
Bachelor of Science Degree in Biology, and has had prior Health, Environment and Safety (HES)
experience in the oil and gas industry. In her spare time, Tanya enjoys supporting the human
resources profession through her involvement with Kern County’s SHRM chapter and other
various volunteer efforts.
