Shannon Foster is the Deputy Director of Talent and Development for Kern Health Systems. In this role she is responsible for talent recruitment, performance management, employee development, instructional design and assignment of computer based training courses, coordination and presentation of learning and development training programs for all employees. Shannon has over 30 years of healthcare experience with extensive knowledge of healthcare operations. She is a SHRM-SCP as well as a certified facilitator of DDI and Ken Blanchard Situational Leadership courses.
