Dr. JT “Jiatian” Chen is an Assistant Professor at the California State University, Bakersfield. He has taught college-level courses including Human Resource Management, Compensation and Benefits Administration, Business and Society, and Organizational Behavior. He graduated with a Ph.D. in Management from the University of Kansas and a master’s degree in Labor and Human Resources from The Ohio State University. His current research involves organizational climate and work meaningfulness.
