Lori is a fairly new resident to Kern County who relocated from Pasadena. She currently works as a business manager for Crestwood behavioral health which is a local crisis residential center. In her current role, she is responsible for overseeing and handling all employee related issues, scheduling, record keeping and accounting just to name a few.  She possesses experience in several aspects of human resources including full cycle recruitment, employee training, workers compensation, benefits, performance management and payroll. 

Lori is currently pursuing her MBA and hopes to then continue her studies and attain her SHRM- CP certification. She has a passion for self-actualization and encourages others to always strive for more and never give up. In her spare time, she enjoys working on her personal development skills by listening to podcasts, reading and hiking.
