Eric Geiger is a Senior Talent Advisor for Kern Health Systems. He has over 20 years’
experience in the Human Resources and Talent Acquisition field. Eric also received his
SHRM-CP credential in December 2022.

Eric is passionate about talent acquisition, healthcare recruiting in particular; providing strategic
support for corporate goals and initiatives through partnerships with both internal business and
community business partners. Eric is a member of Kern County SHRM and has functioned as a
Kern County SHRM Board member in the past. One area of workforce readiness Eric believes is
paramount to employee and business success is the continued development of ‘soft skills’, also
known as good customer service and communication. This is key to achieving organizational
success.
