Jackie is an experienced and motivated human resources practitioner with sixteen years’
experience. She utilizes creativity, leadership and collaboration to design and implement
programs that foster a thriving culture while balancing the strategic needs of the organization.
Jackie obtained her Bachelor of Arts in Cultural Anthropology at CSUB, and certifications in
Human Resources Management and Safety & Risk Management from CSUB’s Extended
University.

From a young age, Jackie has said “it pays to talk to strangers; you never know what will come
of it.” While initially said in jest, she’s found that interacting with others in a meaningful way
has the ability to bring people together. This approach has enriched her life, and her goal is to
help enrich the lives of others in her community in unexpected ways.
