currently serves as the Vice President of Human Resources for Hall Ambulance Service in
Bakersfield, California.

Jenny’s career spans several industries, including agriculture, manufacturing, IT, and
professional services. Before joining Hall Ambulance, she held leadership roles in HR at Nickel
Family Farms, Sun Pacific Farming, and worked as a Senior HR Consultant with Barrett
Business Services, advising clients on HR best practices across diverse sectors.

A native of Los Angeles, Jenny holds an MBA with a focus in HR Management from the
