Genessa has been a leader in Human Resources for over 12 years, with multi-state experience in the distribution, production and tech industries. She earned her Bachelor’s Degree from Arizona State University and her SHRM-SCP credential in early 2019. She has been utilized in webinars and professional forums as a resource and coach for other professionals in the industry.
 
Genessa’s experience spans from supporting small, family owned businesses to large, global organizations, and her passion for HR includes partnering with the business, and helping with the success and growth of an organization. Her expertise encompasses all facets of Human Resources, specializing in Employee Relations and Compliance, with a strong background in Safety, Worker’s Compensation and Benefits. Genessa is married and a self-proclaimed “dog mom” of three. She enjoys traveling, writing music, and spending time with her family.
