The law firm of Klein DeNatale Goldner is pleased to announce the expansion of its Human Resources Counseling Practice and is now accepting applications for a Human Resources Consultant. This position is responsible for providing counsel and training to clients in the functional and strategic aspects of benefit administration, employee relations, training, performance management, onboarding, policy creation/development/implementation, recruitment/retention, investigation, termination, workforce restructuring and downsizing, and general employment law compliance. This position requires the ability to work independently and allows for a flexible full-time or part-time work schedule. Qualified candidates will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Human Resources. A bachelor’s degree is preferred along with any of the following certifications: SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, SPHR, PHR.
