Cherrity has worked in Human Resources for eight years. She has worked in various industries and currently works for a compensation salary firm. She has experience with recruitment, payroll, employee relations, training and development and compensation. Cherrity holds a BA in Psychology from California State University, Bakersfield and a MS in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from San Jose State. She was recently certified as a SHRM-CP and a SPHR. She is married and has a son. She enjoys reading, traveling and spending time with her family.
